(More customer reviews)We bought ours at SAMS who by the way has it for 169.00.First one we brought home had a broken front end and had to be returned.But prior to returning it we used the water cooler.Dispensed good clean cold, hot and warm water as designed.So we decided to exchange rather than have our money returned.The next one was cosmetically okay, but seemed like the hot water flow and warm water flow were not as strong.But decided to wait a while and see how it worked over time.After about 20 minutes I was sitting at the kitchen table and the dispenser just started gushing out all over our floor.Needless to say, we returned it immediately and this time for our money back.Very cheaply made, and really concerned about the quality controls on this product.They look like they are thrown together.Hope this helps, as we were just not satisfied.
