(More customer reviews)First of all let's address the leaking issue. When I first received my Thirst Extinguisher then it too dripped constantly. However, just under the handle to dispense water is a nut that needed to be tightened clockwise till hand tight. Once this was done then there were no more leaking issues. Second is the issue that no cup will fit under the nozzle. Well, that's true if you insert the supplied water catcher. The part near the table under the nozzle that collects any additional little drips. One I removed the water catcher then I had just enough room for a standard coffee cup. It's such a great fit that as I pull my cup away that it collects the last little drop hanging from the nozzle. One additional word of advice. Don't wash the supplied bottle with really hot water. The plastic is so thin that it will warp. Luckily it came with additional bottle cap adapters so I can place almost any bottle into the unit. So although this water dispenser isn't perfect out of the box it can be made to be pretty darn good. It works great for me.

(More customer reviews)First of all, this thing is huge.. be prepared. The top was screwed down so hard that it took 2 people to open it the 1st time. After the initial opening, it still was difficult to both open and close. The final problem finished it off for me.It leaked around the spout while pouring. This was a complete waste of money.

--Improved jacket (although neither jacket has enough insulation to keep the water icy cold, it's good enough) from the old fabric to thick vinyl that is easier to keep clean in these 'germy' days.
--Carry it with me on errands, to the gym, and use it all day at home.
--It PROTECTS my furniture from water stains!
--Keep it by my bed at night and close the top so it won't spill if my cats knock it over.
--Fill it with ice and sometimes use the frozen insert for a chilly drink for hours!
--Wish it was the best and safest plastic for water.
--Too large to fit in car cup holder.
Would purchase it again.

(More customer reviews)This is the second generation of the Igloo Legend. The first generation had a stronger handle. Even worse, Igloo has eliminated the replaceable seal in the lid. They have also discontinued the seal as a replacement part. A definate: Do not buy!

(More customer reviews)This cooler really keep ice water cold for a long time. I filled it with ice and it stayed cold for 2 days in 90 degree F heat. However, the lid seal is loose (is it just mine?) and you have to carefully put on the lid so the seal doesn't fall into the inside or get bunched up. It is a real pain.
